Nature of the Site

This site is a private reference resource. It does not store official jail rosters, booking files, court records, DOC records, warrants, or mugshots, and it cannot confirm custody status, release a person, or file legal documents.

Its purpose is to point visitors toward Jefferson County and Arkansas inmate, jail, court, and facility resources, and to connect visitors with third-party research tools when those tools are displayed.

Allowed Use

• Do not use the site for an unlawful purpose.
• Do not use information from the site to stalk, harass, threaten, or intimidate anyone.
• Do not use site content for hiring, firing, tenant screening, lending, insurance, or other regulated eligibility decisions.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access to the site or related systems.
• Do not run bots, scrapers, or bulk collection tools against the site.
• Do not interfere with site availability or other visitors' use of the site.

No Consumer Reporting Use

This site is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It does not provide credit reports, background checks, consumer reports, or screening services, and its partners are not authorized through this site to provide FCRA-covered screening. Visitors agree not to use any information found here or through linked tools for:

• Employment hiring, firing, promotion, or discipline decisions.
• Tenant screening or housing eligibility.
• Creditworthiness, lending, insurance rates, or insurance eligibility.
• Licensing, permits, benefits, or government-program eligibility.

The site links to sheriff rosters, Arkansas DOC pages, Search ARCourts, federal locators, legal resources, advertising services, and third-party search tools. Those outside sites control their own content, uptime, prices, terms, and privacy practices.

Custody status, charges, court settings, bond information, and public records change frequently. Nothing on this site is an official statement from the Jefferson County Sheriff's Office, Arkansas DOC, a court, or any government agency.
